E-Mail

Bonjour mes amies.

'Tis a cold dreary day (nay, I am no' complaining) here in the south. Among our other duties we continue with our packing and moving. We hope to be completely moved by the end of this month; barring any unforseen problems. Aye, 'tis difficult to accomplish what with the holiday season upon us but... What else can one do when the need supercedes all else? Wish us well as we scurry about, hither and yon, like little elves working against a most important deadline. And now to our e-mail.

To Jolie in Louisiana: Keep the faith for all is no' lost. Many of us are struggling to regroup, as you are. The Witch's calendar is chock full of events we would all love to be able to attend this month. I have scaled back in order to meet my immediate duties, but that does no' mean I will no' celebrate the major events in some form or fashion. Do what you can and leave the rest, for 'twill take care of itself in due time. Look forward, mon amie. Blessed May You Be.

To Dwight in Kentucky: You are a man after my own heart. Your tireless efforts will benefit so many children. I am still speechless at your generosity and while we usually do no' accept donations, I did no' have the heart to turn down the wonderful gifts you purchased and collected, out of the goodness of your kind heart. Given the recent disasters that struck our area, many children will no' have a Christmas. I forwarded the gifts to the Warlock Gregory and the Sorceress JoHaunna and they, along with their family, will see that they are dispersed, appropriately. In fact, on the 15th they are hosting a party for the children in their area and some of the gifts will be distributed there. The others will be taken to other children in the different areas affected by the storms. Others of our colleagues are working hard to get gifts and funds to as many families in need as we possibly can, before Christmas. Thank you, again. Blessed May You Be.

To Kennsa in Switzerland: 'Tis the first time I have received e-mail from your lovely Country, and 'tis pleased I am that you are a regular visitor to our blog. Aye, the various Kinds among my colleagues are truly remarkable individuals. 'Tis our intention to teach those willing to learn that different Kinds can and do co-exist. As to your question regarding the Werewolf Michael; you will hear more from him and about him, in the coming year. Michael is an extraordinary man with a heart as big as he is, which goes to show that Werewolves are no' all the beasts the entire Kind is painted to be. He walks among Outsiders, as he goes about his business, but he prefers to live in a small community (tribe) of his own Kind. Though their numbers have been dwindling for some time, I have no doubt the Kind will re-establish itself in these modern times. He works tirelessly, to that end, and his progress has been phenomenol in the past five years. Michael expressed great interest in the information you uncovered and sent us and he is presently working to validate it. When he has completed that task, he will send you a personal evaluation. Blessed May You Be.

To Taurean in Canada: Mayhap, or no'. I have no way of knowing at this present time. As we are stretched thin until after the first of the year, I will put your request on hold until someone can check your facts. 'Tis no' to say I do no' believe you, nor that 'tis of no immediate importance. I would suggest that you stay well away from there since 'tis oft the deserted areas the Kind chooses to inhabit and work from. Until such time that they are discovered, which is oft unlikely considering the weather and the terrain, they are free to move about as they choose. Regardless of your suspicions and fears, do no' get caught spying on them, for there will be no one to help you if caught. In the meantime, if you see evidence of their presence or work in town, e-mail me and let me know. Blessed May You Be.

To 'Destiny Awaits' in S. Carolina: You could no' be more wrong. Life is for the living, no' for simply marking time until another existence. Who is to say you will like the next life as opposed to the previous one? Reward only comes to those who strive to do their best in their present life. That you sit by, idly, no' only gathers negative energy around you, 'twill skew your true destiny. 'Tis that negative energy which prevents you from being hopeful and resourceful. Cast those negative ideals aside and move on with your life, lest the Fates abandon you to your own devices. Blessed May You Be.

To Lynette in Texas: Get a grip on reality, young woman. The Warlock has done you a huge favor, so leave him be. 'Tis patently clear that your path is no' meant to entwine with his. You sound like an imbocile and your continued resistance to his will to be left alone will only gain you trouble. There are only so many ways to say no, and I think he has exhuasted them. No means no. He is no' interested and there is nothing you can do to gain his favor. Like it or no', he has no interest in you, nor will he abandon his lady to meet your ridiculous whims. As to becoming a Witch; evidently, 'tis no' your path, and nothing you do will change that. If he thought you had possibilities he would have sensed them and steered you to the right mentor. Outsider you are, as you were destined to be. Get over yourself.

To Chan in San Francisco: Never is an infinite time. 'Tis your rightful choice to remain a non-believer. Accept what your culture teaches you and forego the continuous, nagging doubts. Leave well enough alone before you find yourself banished from your family. Your father may be a stern man but from what you have told me, it sounds as if he loves you, dearly. He is looking out for your best interests and his fears for you are no' unfounded. Your youth is best spent on better pursuits than attempting to debunk what you do no' understand. Accept the scholarship that will come your way the latter part of next year and put your brilliance to positive use. You and your family will be much happier for it and the benefits will be rewarding. Blessed May You Be.

To Jazzy in Florida: Your choice of friends leaves a lot to be desired. Your child is at risk, for your wishful thinking. Move on and choose a better lot of friends, for your present ones mean you ill will. They are no' what they claim to be and they are playing upon your ignorance and lonliness. Blessed May You Be.

To Elizabeth in Washington: 'Tis no' my call to make. Search your heart and there will you find the answers you seek. Oft times the bold truth is no' to our likeing, but truth will always out. Fear no' what is an intricate part of who you are; rise above all else then do as you will. Once your choice is made and you have no desire to go back on it, things will fall into place. Blessed May You Be.

To Gabe in Alabama: Aye, and Roman thanks you for your assistance. You received a rare privilege, for he is no' known for opening himself up to an Outsider who is an unknown. However he sensed in you an ally, at a time when he desperately needed one to assist him with the child. The boy is in safe-keeping and his father is on his way to to get him. The man is delirious with joy to discover that his son is alive and well; no small thanks to you and Roman. Blessed May You Be.

Blessings upon all during the season, Dream Teller.
