To answer your second question; absolutely, other Kinds do vote, as they are members of this society. They register, have Social Security numbers, use credit cards and currency, own residences and vehicles, as the rest of us do. Blessed May You Be.
To Jackson in Mississippi: If you do, you will end up on the wrong side of things. They are radicals who lose themselves in the heat of the moment and most of them wind up with a warped sense of morals and values. They are low class, out-to-make-a name-for-themselves individuals and you would do well to steer clear of them. Believe me when I tell you that if they have managed (and that is a big if) to slay a Werewolf, they are in deep trouble; living on borrowed time. Whether rogue Werewolf (as they claim) or not, that Kind is wholly aware, are soon will be, of the loss. 'Tis not up to mortals to judge them and those who are foolish enough to act on their own will pay for their stupidity. They police their own without fail, for it is in the interest of all of their Kind to keep tabs on and deal with those who bring shame and trouble down upon the majority. Stay out of it or pay the price for your foolishness.
To Torrin in New Mexico: Aye, shape-shifters such as the American Indian are of an entirely different breed than the Werewolf, as is the Witch whose animal form of choice is the wolf. The first 'shifts shapes', the second 'becomes' (due to genetics), and the third 'assumes' the form and none are one and the same method. The only thing the three have in common is their human physical form. Blessed May You Be.

If you tell him and he is unable to accept that you are a Witch you run several risks; being outed, being challenged to show proof, being condemned as all manner of things... You understand?
